摘要
In this paper, the foam glass was made with 5 wt % calcium carbonate used as foaming agent. The macro morphology, physical properties and the metallurgical structure are discussed in detail by the modern means of DTA, SEM and XRD analysis. The results indicated that when the powders were foamed at 800 C for 20min, the property of the samples was best, the density was 0.706 g/cm3, and the compressive strength was 3.36Mpa.
