摘要
Bioactivity guided separation of Chukrasia velutina root methanolic extract led to the isolation of nine new isopimarane diterpenoids, chukranoids A-I (1-9). The absolute configuration was then assigned by comparing the experimental CD spectra and the calculated CD spectra. Chukranoids A-I (1-9) showed moderate antimalarial activity against Plasmodium falciparum 3D7 strain. It seems that conjugate system in the isopimarane skeleton may influence their antimalarial activity. [GRAPHICS] .
