摘要
A mathematical model of electron transfer J(e) coupled with transmembrane transport of protons J(H) in chloroplasts is proposed. It is taken into account that a part of the whole electron flow call be involved in the circle around the b/f-complex. This allows one to explain the experimental dependences of J(e) and J(H) on pH inside and outside thylakoid.
