摘要
The effect of SPDs (surge protective devices) against a lightning stroke on an antenna was clarified. In case of common earth method, SPDs can reduce the current passing through equipment such as an electric appliance connected to the antenna (antenna euipment), an electric appliance connected to the earth line (earth equipment), and an electric appliance connected to a communication line (communication equipment) by the common earth method. Moreover, it is clarified that lightning current flows easily to a metal lath in the wall of a house paticulary in the wave front part.
