摘要：
To improve the precision of the time delay estimation, this paper proposes a re-weighting generalized correlation algorithm for the time delay estimation based on wavelet transform. Compared with the direct correlation method, the novel algorithm is more efficient and suitable for more general signals and noise conditions, e.g. lower signal to noise ratio (SNR). The method is also proved to be efficient by the simulations.
