Electrochemical behavior of hemoglobin at a L-cysteine modified microelectrode

摘要
L-cysteine is covalently combined onto a silver microelectrode to form a chemically modified electrode. Experimental results show that hemoglobin possesses good voltammetric response at this electrode. Preconcentration and differential pulse cathodic shipping voltammetry are used to detect hemoglobin. The relative standard deviation is 6.3% for 8 successive determinations at 2.0 x 10(-7) mol/L Hemoglobin. The detection limit is dean to 1.0 x 10(-8) mol/L.
