摘要
A flexible transparent conductive electrode (TCE) was prepared via the layer-by-layer method featuring a first layer of carbon nanotube (CNT) network supporting the second layer of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene): poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS). Compared with the simply mixed single layer of CNT and PEDOT: PSS, the layer-by-layer structure gave a much lower sheet resistance (60 similar to 70 Omega/square)at a high transmittance (81% at 550nm), and also a color neutrality with almost flat transmittance curve over the whole visible range, without the commonly observed blue tint for PEDOT: PSS based films.
