摘要：

Next Generation Networks (NGN) are the basis of converged IT and telecom services and OSS is a crucial, mission critical area in the Telecommunications domain, in particular in a period of economic recession and heavy cost savings. There is a trend to adopt Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) to rationalize OSS infrastructure in NGN. In this Paper, we present an innovative OSS solution based on SOA in order to assist the NGN service providers to offer a wide range of new value-added services faster of and more cost efficiently.
