摘要
In this paper, the convolution perfectly matched layer (CPML) is proposed to truncate the weakly conditional stable finite-difference time-domain (WCS-FDTD) lattices. Numerical simulations show that the proposed CPML can achieve good absorbing performance and high effectiveness. With its implementation and by incorporating the graphene model and the auxiliary differential equation (ADE) technique into the Maxwell's equations, the WCS-FDTD method can be employed in simulating graphene devices effectively.
