摘要
This paper constructs the feedback loop about the cause-effect relation on accidents by using the research method for System Dynamics and analyzing the influencing factors of the safety accidents happened in non-coal mines from the perspective of system analysis. The STELLA software is used to build a System Dynamics simulation model's flow graph on casualty rate of non-coal mine enterprises. It helps us to find the new equilibrium point between the casualty rate and the safety economic benefit by analyzing the relationship among safety investment, casualty rate and safety economic benefit. So that we are able to look for a safe way for production which is combined with reasonable safety investment, low casualty rate and safety economic benefit. The research is of great significance in lowering the probability of accidents, reducing the severity of the accident, strengthening the mine safety management and promoting essential safety.
