Probe into the Teaching Mode Reform of the Tourism Management Program Based on Employability Training

At present, Chinese educational level is constantly increased; all sorts of systems are constantly improved; many institutions of higher learning emerge endlessly, which have delivered more fresh talents and blood to the state and the society, but simultaneously brought up heavy pressure to the society. Therefore, it is both opportunity and challenge to the whole social development; the reform and innovation for the teaching mode of the tourism management program based on employability training are very important. In this paper, several effective measures and suggestions are raised according to the current situation and problems of the teaching mode of the tourism management program, in order to improve the development quality and level of all institutions of higher learning.
