摘要
The aim of this investigation was to study the effect of irrigation on strawberry flavour quality. 'Elsanta' fruit of market ripeness were sampled 1998 and 1999 for sensory and the analytical analyses. The instrumental and the human-sensory analyses were carried out both immediately after sampling and after 6 weeks frozen storage. Significant effects of irrigation, year and sampling date on the minor flavour determining components could be found by the application of a new statistical software. The influence on flavour perception by human-sensory is demonstrated.
