摘要：

Modern methods of measuring the efficiency parameter - the basic criterion for estimating the quality of thermoelectric elements - are considered. An analysis of the classical Harman method and its modified version is given as well as of the test method of analyzing the transient characteristic. The last two methods are carried out using the ZRTM measurement system software package. Results of tests of thermoelectric elements are presented in detail.
