摘要：
The legislative issue of same-sex marriage is one of the hot issues in legal circles. In the gay population increasing continuously, the legislative protection of same-sex marriage is the inevitable road to solve the problem of homosexuality. The paper analyzes the connotation of same-sex marriage, expounds the necessity of legalizing gay marriage and puts forward some suggestions on the legislation of same-sex marriage.
