摘要
Isolates of Blumeriella jaapii, Gnomonia erythrostoma, Nectria galligena, Phytophthora cactorum, Phytophthora fragaria rubi and Venturia inaequalis were grown in Petri dishes on specific media. The fungal hyphae: complexed strongly with externally added oligomeric proanthocyanidins but also with monomeric catechin. This was evidenced histochemically by staining with the selective flavanol reagent p-dimethylaminocinnamaldehyde (DMACA).
