摘要
An approach to the biomagnetics of the thermal enzyme sensor (TES) utilizing a temperature-sensitive magnetic thin film (TMF) as a micromagnetic transducer is described. When an enzyme is infused into a chemical substance or a metabolite, an exothermic reaction occurs and the sensor absorbs a minute amount of heat, which causes a change of magnetization. Therefore, the sensor is suitable for the discrimination and the quantitative analysis of chemical substances and metabolites in the held of biochemistry.
