摘要：

The essential oil obtained by hydrodistillation of inflorescence parts of Eryngium paniculatum Cav. (Apiaceae), caraguata, growing in Argentina was analyzed by CC and GC/MS. Seventeen constituents were identified, of which (E)-anethole (52.6%) and alpha-pinene (19.1%) were the Major components.
