摘要：

For many years psychometric diagnostics in the field of psychotherapy and psychiatry has played an outsider role. This condition is changing gradually, with some recent trends supporting it. The importance of developmental models of mental disorders, and thus of premorbid structures in the development of psychiatric disorders, is particularly noteworthy. In addition, the advances in clinical neuropsychology gradually changed the role of clinical diagnostics. In this situation, the concept of "evidence-based assessment" plays an important role.
