Phase transformations in Ni50Mn26Ga24-yFey(y=0∼23) magnetic shape memory alloys

摘要
Ni50Mn26Ga24-yFey (y=0 similar to 23) polycrystalline alloys with the substitution of Ga by Fe were prepared. The effects of Fe additions on the martensitic transformation temperature (M-s), Curie temperature (T-c) and phase structure were investigated and the relations between the compositions and phase transformations were obtained. The experimental results show that the doped element remarkably affects the matensitic transformation of Ni-Mn-Ga alloys. The Fe doped alloys have precipitated of the second phase, but don't show thermal-elastic martensitic transformation when y >= 12. M-s of Ni50Mn26Ga24-yFey (y=0 similar to 23) alloys increase of Fe content and the T. increases with the increase of e/a.
