摘要：

Based on analyzing present admissions characteristics of universities and the needs of education level of students, reform thinking and innovation point of practical teaching training mode research for applied talents of mechanical engineering are proposed, which structure practical teaching training system for applied talents of mechanical engineering, integrate experiment resources, structure diversified practical platform, formulate training system and training scheme of diversified practical teaching, reform teaching links of curricular and extra-curricular practices, and put forward specific measures of practical teaching training mode reform for applied talents of mechanical engineering. The research establishes the foundation for "excellent engineer education and training programs", and provides guarantee to transport high-level applied talents for enterprises.
