摘要
In large-scale deployment of wireless LAN, AC/Fit AP architecture is generally used, with the property of low cost, easy for management, scalability and so on. But when the wireless LAN is deployed inter-network, such a structure faces a problem of tunnel connection instability, which may cause a degradation of network performance or even disruption. In this regard, This paper presents a "local-authentication" solution, the program added to Fit AP the functions of association state machine and authentication for port security, which enables Fit AP to switch to local-authentication operating mode, and provide users with wireless access independently, in the case of tunnel interruption. This article details the specific local-authentication program design and implementation, and analysis of network reliability improvement.
