摘要
A new species, Matthiola trojana T. Dirmenci, F. Satil & G. Tumen (Brassicaceae), is described from Turkey. Diagnostic characters, description, detailed illustrations, and taxonomic comments are given. Its characteristics are compared with the related species, M. fruticulosa (L.) Maire. The geographical distribution of the new species is mapped. The World Conservation Union (IUCN) threat category and observations on the population are noted.
