This presentation will focus on the benefits of using a hierarchical clinically-rich text vocabulary and user interface that allows for rapid entry of highly structured text by clinicians. The limitations of clinical vocabularies will be discussed. Several unique new interfaces for physician data entry will be demonstrated.
