Microbiological standards for the quality of dried foods and feeds with special regard to dried milk products - A comparison of international regulations

摘要
Microbiological standards for dry foods and feeds, especially for dry milk products, could safe the regular quality of goods and with that regular trade relations for these product group. Nevertheless exist only few standards, most regionally limited, with particularly recommendation characters. Product-related microbiological standards are known from former states in East-Europe already at the seventies, In the BRD the DLG directives for testing of quality for milk powder were voluntary, Within the European Union exist till now only production-related, but not product-related microbiological standards, which are obligatory for the total european market. They claim the liberty of products of pathogen germs. The total number of germs only for estimate of quality are draw near.
