摘要
Potential measurements of the star-mode discharge in an Inertial-Electrostatic Confinement fusion (IECF) device were made by the laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) method by use of the Stark effects. Preliminary results show no noticeable potential, or electric fields compared with the center-spot mode discharge.
