摘要：
The aim of this paper is to make a first assessment on the accommodation establishments of the Kingdom of Granada in the 18th century, employing data provided by the Catastro del Marques de la Ensenada. To that end, three aspects have been investigated: the location, the property and socioeconomic profiles of the owners and a description of the exploitation of the inns and feasible innkeepers' incomes. Regarding the location, the pathways that are analysed are (i) from Granada to Malaga (via Alhama de Granada and Velez-Malaga), (ii) from Granada to Madrid (via Alcala la Real), (iii) from Granada to Levante and (iv) the pathway of Almeria. This research will allow us to know the map of inns of the Kingdom in the middle of the 18th century.
