Rural Land Polices Research in China Based on a Property Rights

Since reform and opening up from 1978, China's industrial economy has been experiencing the rapid development, modernization and industrialization. In the 1990s, "San Nong" issue characterized in which farmers income growth has stagnated and agricultural production has fluctuated, the rural has draggled became the focus of the society. Weather the land system is reasonable or not, it is not only related to sustainable development of agriculture and rural social stability, but also the sustainable development of national economy and stability of the whole country.
