摘要
To enhance the effectiveness of dynamic information systems and ensure its applicability as a new means to control the influence of non-recurrent events including traffic accident, it is necessary to investigate the software aspects of the information system that include contents, timing, accuracy of information and so on. The following research subjects are treated in this study. 1) The characteristics of both actual and potential users of information on traffic accidents are investigated to discuss the future direction of the information system. 2) In order to analyze the relation between the way to provide drivers with information and driver's decision-making on route, driver's route choice behavior is investigated and analyzed by the stated preference survey method.
