摘要
Rare earth zirconium oxides of compositions La2Zr2O7, and Nd2Zr2O7 were prepared by sol-gel method. They were characterized by IR spectra and powder X-ray diffractograms. Nano-sized and bulk particles of La2Zr2O7 and Nd2Zr2O7 were obtained at 500 and above 800 degreesC, respectively. The particle size was found to increase with increase in the sintering temperature.
