摘要
A series of pyrazole derivatives was designed, synthesized, and characterized using prodrug theory. Compared with the commercial drug mesotrione, most of title compounds exhibited low herbicidal activity at 150 g/ha. The docking results showed that the binding mode of the key intermediate is the same as the reported inhibitor DAS689.
