摘要：
As the market competition becomes increasingly fierce, supply chain management (SCM) has become an important tool for enterprise to earn and maintain the competitive advantage. The bullwhip effect is a common phenomenon in the supply chain, and its existence is confirmed by the beer game. In this paper, after considering the beer game deeply, it's concluded that information-sharing is the essential way to solve the bullwhip effect, Then the support system of information technology (IT) is introduced in detail. At last, taking the e-commerce (EC) as an example, the countermeasure to solve the bullwhip effect is analyzed.
