This paper presents a calibration method for quantifying the quality of the electromagnetic field generated in a reverberation chamber. The method is based on S-21 measurements between 2 antennas inserted in the RC for different stirring conditions (i.e. different positions of a mode stirrer for a mechanically stirred chamber). The proposed method requiring a simple measurement setup is shown to drastically reduce the measurement time while leading to an interesting level of accuracy.
