摘要
In order to consider the effect on systems performances arising form the uncertainties of controller and the transient performance of the systems, this paper presents the design method of static output feedback finite-time resilient controller for stochastic time-delay systems. Using the method of Lyapunov functional method, the sufficient condition of stochastic finite-time stability is obtained. If the control matrix B is full column rank, the existence condition is formulated in terms of a linear matrix inequality (LMI) by singular value decomposition (SVD) technique, which can be solved efficiently by employing Matlab/LMI Toolbox. Finally, a simulation example shows the feasibility of the designed controller.
