摘要
Antireflective (AR) coatings with photo-catalytic capability and abrasion-resistance were prepared by acid catalyzed sol-gel process using tetraethylorthosilicate (TEOS) and tetrabutyl titanate (TBOT) as precursors. The highest transmittance at 550 nm was 99.4%. Rhodamine B was used as a model organic pollutant in TiO2 photo-catalytic reaction. The results show that the degradation of rhodamine B is greatly increased in the presence of TiO2, the photocatalytic efficiency increases significantly.
