For this purpose, an organizational management framework for CE has been put forward, of which 22 items of organizational managerial and human issues have been defined. Based on the results of structured interviewing in Chinese companies, the degree of importance of these issues for success of CE have been found, which may serve as a very important reference and base for successful implementation of CE in Chinese companies.
