摘要：
Developing the E-governance has become a current that each county cannot choose but obey. Meanwhile, the development of the E-governance depends on the regulations and safeguards of the law. In this paper, problems existing in the current legislation of the E-governance in China are mainly discussed, considering the situations of our country and referring the advanced experience of the other countries, countermeasures and suggestions of the E-governance legislation in China are brought forward.
