摘要
Electrocardiogram(ECG) signal may mix various kinds of noises while gathering and recording. Wavelet denoising has been widely applied in ECG denoising. For it the most important thing is how to select the thresholding. The selection of thresholding decides the result of denoising directly. A new method to select the thresholding based on different subbands is introduced in the paper. ECG signals taken from the MIT-BIH database which added standard Gaussian noise using MATLAB. The implication of the proposed adaptive thresholding in denoising and data compression is discussed.
