摘要
Oxide dispersion-strengthened (ODS) alloys have an extraordinarily high recrystallisation temperature that is highly sensitive to the particle size and the particles' coherency with the matrix. Because these two parameters are strongly dependent on the Ti/Y content of ODS alloys, samples with various initial Ti/Y contents are characterised by SANS, TEM, EBSD and neutron diffraction after annealing at 1300 degrees C. Great differences in recrystallisation behaviour are observed, and the effect of the Ti/Y ratio on the recrystallisation behaviour of Fe-14Cr ODS alloys is discussed. (C) 2014 Elsevier B. V.
