This paper proposes a new distributed multichannel signal acquisition system based on DSP. The system adopts the method of "step-by-step gating, centralized measurement", which sequentially strobes the sensor to the analog channel of the measurement module for signal acquisition and processing. Due to the step-by-step strobe method, the measuring equipment is greatly reduced and the economy is good, and the centralized measurement method makes it possible to accurately measure complex signals such as vibration signals. The system is divided into two parts: the gating module and the measuring module. In the gating module, a high-performance DSP chip is used as the main unit, which is responsible for communicating with the measurement module and issuing instructions downwards; and using a CPLD with high-speed parallel processing capability as a slave unit, is responsible for receiving instructions. The measurement module uses the well-compatible LabVIEW virtual instrument platform for acquisition, measurement, storage, and query functions. The experimental results show that the distributed signal acquisition system designed in this paper has good real-time performance and reliability, and has the ability to collect and process complex signals such as vibration signals. This paper provides an economical solution for industrial field signal acquisition.
