摘要
In this paper, we analyze the contribution of the Rashba spin-orbit coupling in a two-dimensional electron system (2DES) of an inversion layer under quantum Hall regime as a function of the magnetic field. The study is based on a semiclassical model for the magnetoconductivities of the 2DES. This model reproduces the measurements of the Subnikov-de Haas oscillations obtained in III-V heterostructure, and shows the Rashba spin-orbit coupling at low fields. We also discuss the Rashba and Zeeman competition and its effect on the magnetoconductivity. (C) 2009 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
