Synthesis of some nitrogen condensed and bridged heterocycles

摘要：
Starting from (E)-2-arylidenecyclohexanones, synthesis of some nitrogen condensed heterocycles has been achieved. In the first step (E)-2-arylidenecyclohexanones were condensed with ethylacetoacetate to yield ethyl-3-oxo-1-aryl-1,2,5,6,7,8,8a-heptahydronaphthalene-2-carboxylates 2a-c. Reaction of 2a-c with hydrazine hydrate, 2-aminopyridine, ethylenediamine, o-phenylenediamine, thiosemicarbazide and thiourea gave nitrogen heterocycles 3-8. The structures of all the compounds were established by spectral and elemental analysis.
