Sol-gel synthesis and structural features of Sm1+xBa2-xCu3Oy and Eu1+xBa2-xCu3Oy solid solutions

摘要
The sol-gel synthesis of Sm1+xBa2-xCu3Oy solid solutions is studied. The phases forming in the sol-gel precursor and involved in 123 phase formation are determined. The unit cell parameters and phase transitions are studied as a function of substitution x for Sm1+xBa2-xCu3Oy and Eu1+xBa2-xCu3Oy solid solutions.
