摘要：

This paper analyzes two key problems in the process of establishing credit system in the construction market of China: establishing the discredit penalty mechanism and promoting the healthy development of credit information service system. Based on the above analysis, the paper conceives of the establishment of credit system, which emphasizes the importance of improving the whole social credit system and the role played by guild.
