摘要
Summarizing the physics laws and analyzing the cause of the "skin effect", an industrial induction process reduces to a mathematic model, which can be solved by the finite element analysis. The distribution of the electric current and the temperature at different times is also investigated. Furthermore, two sets of different processing parameters are compared and the advantages and disadvantages of each choice are discussed according to the numerical results. Finally, all the detail data in simulation are obtained to provide a reference for the industrial forging preheating.
