摘要：

Let F be a family of holomorphic functions in a domain D, and let a, b be two distinct finite complex numbers. If, for any f is an element of F, f and f' share a IM, and f'(z) = b whenever f(z) = b, then F is normal in D. This improves results due to Pang, Pang and Zalcman, Xu, etc.
