摘要
This paper establishes a two-dimensional thermo-elastic-plastic stress model, which based on the finite element method. Numerical simulation software has been developed by the object-oriented Visual Basic pro-gramming language. The software has comprehensive functions and friendly man-machine interface. In addition, 16Mn steel in the initial stage of secondary cooling zone has been simulated optimized and thereby the accuracy and practicability of the model are validated.
