摘要
The quality of the material deposition produced by WAAM (Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing) depends on process parameters such as the melting bath temperature. For real-time process measurement, the temperature through the arc must be measured. In this paper, we present a method for non-contact temperature measurement with high spatial resolution. Narrow-band filters suppress the radiation of the plasma and the temperature is measured with a pyrometer. The output takes place within a latency of 100 ms required for process control.
