摘要
Complex modulation format deployed within IMDD links pose the sensitivity and linearity challenges to the optical receiver design. Benefit from the proposed differential topology, this work cope with complex modulation format (e.g., PAM-4) up to 64Gb/s (OMA= -8.2dBm) under 1.0V power supply.
