摘要
A compact CPW-fed ultrawideband antenna with 3.9/5.5 GHz dual band-notched characteristics is presented in this article. The antenna consists of a cup-like radiating patch and a 50- coplanar waveguide transmission line. The dual band-notched characteristics are obtained by etching a pair of L-shaped slots on the edge of ground plane and introducing two symmetrical L-shaped stubs on the radiating patch. Simulated and measured results show that the proposed antenna has a wide bandwidth from 2.5 to 11.0 GHz with stable gain and omnidirectional radiation pattern. (c) 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
