摘要
We demonstrate the design, fabrication and characterization of a highly nonlinear graded-index SiGe waveguide for the conversion of mid-infrared signals to the near-infrared. Using phase-matched four-wave mixing, we report the conversion of a signal at 2.65 mu m to 1.77 mu m using a pump at 2.12 mu m. (C) 2014 Optical Society of America
